Does it only work with Oticon instruments? |

| Amigo is made as an OPEN SYSTEMS approach. This means Amigo can be used with other FM brands and hearing instruments. |

How do I program FM receivers? |

With Amigo you don't need any computer, software or "programming cradle". All you need is the transmitter as this acts as an all-in-one unit. Use the amigo T30 or T31 to program Amigo ear-level receivers. |

What is the Amigo R12? |

Amigo R12 is a dedicated receiver for Oticon’s BTE and RITE styles including all Oticon Safari models. It is the first FM receiver engineered to work off the low capacity of hearing aids using a 312 battery. |
